Welcome to Pike Taproom Summit, where craft beer and gourmet hot dogs bring together community on the edge of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood located adjacent to Seattle’s Convention Center - Summit. Seeking the Emerald City’s best grab n’ go hot dog and cold brew combo? We’ve got you.

We pride ourselves in using locally sourced ingredients when possible in our gourmet dogs that reflect the diversity, creativity and energy of Capitol Hill. While we may be biased towards our classic Seattle dog, we know you and your friends may be seeking everything from a brat to a veggie dog, or even a salad or famous Pike Pretzel. We’ve got you. We also offer up a taplist featuring our popular and rotating seasonal Pike Beers. 

So whether you’re grabbing takeout, craving a quick pint and dog on your way home from work, before a show or to break up a long conference day, we’re here for you. With a small but mighty Taproom offering seating for 13 inside and 24 outside, we’re a community hub and pitstop for friends, families and neighbors to belly up, say hi and share a story while enjoying a tasty craft brew and delicious dog.
